Purchase A Planter
When the Biggest Little Garden in Town won the United Way/Scotia Bank Community Spirit Award in Jan 2008, awareness of this program grew beyond the walls of New Westminster. People throughout the lower mainland who were not eligible to become BLGT members wanted to know if they could just purchase a planter. Sure – why not! An off shoot of the program was born.
Planters may be purchased for $175 (plus taxes)

These beautiful apartment gardens are made locally by Creaft Custom Woodworking (www.creaft.ca).The boxes are made of western red cedar. They leave a 30” x 30” footprint. Each box is 10” deep. The height (with the lattice) is approximately 50”. |
